Garg Properties is guided by the idea of creating a future that we can all be proud of. With the family name at stake, we are here to honour a legacy, which was built from struggle, courage, and perseverance. Our story begins with my father, Sudhir Garg. In 1993, at a young age of 24, my father emigrated from Ludhiana, India to Campbell River, Canada and started his journey with only a $50 bill as a means to support himself. He worked tirelessly, hustling, and bustling various jobs in order to make something of himself before he could start a family. As he decided to begin a family, he continued with his persistent work ethic, pushing through all financial and social hardships.

            In 1996, I was born in Campbell River, British Columbia. I grew up observing and learning from my father, his enthusiasm and attention to detail for his work was and is still amazing. In 2004, he completed his first single-family home, and he continued completing more as time went on.
