In 1993, Sudhir Garg emigrated from India to Canada.
In 1996, Sudhir's eldest son, Rahul, is born in Campbell River, British Columbia.
In 2004, Sudhir built his first single family home.
In 2019, Garg Properties was founded.

In 2020, Rahul takes the lead on his first project, Sitka Townhomes.
